HAXTRAX is run by GSH LLC. Right now the site collects exactly one thing: the email address you give us if you sign up for updates.
What we collect
- Your email address, the date you signed up, and which version of the signup form you saw.
- Nothing else. No name, no gamertag, no location, no IP address stored with your signup. No advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes connection data (like your IP address) to deliver pages and block attacks. It may set a cookie used only for security.
What we do with it
We send you one email when the beta opens. That email asks you to confirm. If you don't, we delete your address. If you do, you may get occasional updates about HAXTRAX, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
We never sell your address, share it for marketing, or use it for anything else.
Where it's kept
In a Cloudflare database only we can read. When we send the beta email, the confirmed list moves to an email service that sends on our behalf and handles unsubscribes. We'll name that service here before it gets your address.
Your choices
- Delete it: email haxtrax.gg@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We'll delete it within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
- See it: same address. We'll tell you what we hold (it's the list above).
- Leave later: every email has an unsubscribe link.
Age
HAXTRAX is for people 18 and over. Don't sign up if you're younger.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes. If we ever want to use your address in a new way, we'll ask first.
